When you receive your product you will be the owner of the product and we will not accept any refunds. To avoid this kind of situation, you are recommended to check the product, especially the security lock before receiving the product from the delivery man. Please understand that as it is a food supplyment we maintain and ensure the quality and safety of each product very strictly until it reaches your hand. For this reason, we are not able to accept the return of any product after receiving it.
